The People

 

Gow Supply was founded by Harold Gow in 1963. His son, Cameron Gow, joined the company in 1975. Under their leadership, and with the help of a growing team of valuable employees, Gow Supply became a market leader. After fifty years as President, Harold retired in 2013 in order to pursue activities closer to home. Cameron Gow assumed the role of President as we embarked on our sixth decade.

 

The Company

 

Gow Supply Company is a wholesale distributor of HVAC and roofing materials supplying licensed contractors in the greater San Francisco Bay Area for over fifty years. Our first half-century was marked by growth and change largely brought about by the unprecedented building boom in the Bay Area. Throughout the years one thing has remained the same:  our commitment to superior customer service. 

 

We remain at our original location on Egbert Avenue. The footprint of The Bay Area has grown considerably over the decades and so has Gow Supply.  We currently occupy six warehouses, each fully stocked with quality lines of equipment and a wide assortment of accessories. For our customer’s convenience we have a will-call center and provide delivery service to shops and jobsites.

 

The demand for energy efficiency along with environmental regulation has transformed our industry.  In addition to providing consistent and reliable service, our knowledgeable staff is available to offer advice and technical support.
